We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your email address information at any time. The only exception would be to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety. It is optional to provide unique identifiers (such as name), but we encourage you to supply them so that we can provide a more personalized experience.

Mailing List Policy

If you request a catalog, we will use your contact information (such as name and address) to send you a catalog. We rent our customers’ mailing address to other third party catalog companies. If you wish to remove your name from third party rentals, it can be done by emailing our Customer Support at customerservice@ultoffice.com.
