PortaFile™ Expanding Files

In a file drawer or on a shelf, once you’ve used a PortaFile Expanding File, you’ll never use an ordinary expanding file again! The silicone rubber accordion gusset expands up to 5" and retains it’s shape to keep contents compressed.

Choose from our original Expanding Files that have black front panels for security, or our Clear-Front models that allow you to immediately view the contents of your file.

Front panels are scored to fold down for easy access to contents, and back panels have a convenient indexing area for use in a file drawer. Snap-on label holders and large 2" x 3" adhesive labels (both included) allow quick identification when files are stored on a shelf. Expanding Files come in sets of four and are available in letter and legal sizes. Letter size measures 12"w x 9 1/2"h, legal size measures 15"w x 9 1/2"h. Sets include ten color-coded finger rings and 25 PocketFiles.
