Sealed on two sides, Project Files hold up to 40 sheets, and frost front panels provide a clear view of file contents. Finger rings provide quick and easy access from drawers or briefcase. These are Great for Organizing Daily Projects 9/9/2011

I use these with the PocketFiles. Label the Project File with the main topic and use the PocketFiles inside the Project File to break down your project into smaller pieces.

We've been using Ultimate Office Products in our construction business years. We use the PortaFile® Project Files for our Job Folders. A label is affixed to the Job Folder with the job name and a Job Ticket placed under the clear cover. Then in goes all of the pertinent project information such as; a scope of work, shop drawings, project related photos, materials lists, product specifications, directions and a map to the job, etc. Once on the job the crew has all the information they need right at their fingertips in a waterproof folder. They add any additional paperwork to the Job Folder such as material receipts and pick tickets from suppliers. When the project is completed they turn in the Job Folder, we extract the paperwork, remove the label, wipe off any construction dirt or dust and the Project File is ready to use for the next Job. We’re hooked on the PortaFiles, Pocket Files, Reference Organizers, Magazine Files, Expanding files. You name it and we've got it. Ultimate Office Products are Awesome!
