HOW TO ORDER
Once you have selected the items you want to purchase, you are ready to place your order. Ultimate Office offers four ways to Order:
Online: Place your order on-line through our website. Click for more details.
Phone: Call our customer service department at 1-800-631-2233. Our customer service staff is available Monday through Friday,from 9:00 a.m – 5: 30 p.m. (ET).
Email: Email your Purchase Order to us at customerservice@ultoffice.com
Fax: Approved businesses may fax their Purchase Orders (P.O.) to 1-732-780-9833.
ORDERING ONLINE
Once you have selected the items you want to purchase, you are ready to place your order in 4 easy steps:
| • Finalizing the items in your Shopping Cart • Completing shipping and billing information • Reviewing your order • Receiving a purchase order confirmation |
Step 1: Shopping Cart
The shopping cart contains all the items you selected while shopping. During this step, you can add or delete items, and change quantities.
Step 2: Shipping & Billing
You are asked to provide your billing address as well as the shipping address.
Step 3: Reviewing Your Order
Your order will be sorted by shipping address for your review. You can make changes or go ahead and place your order.
Step 4: Order Confirmation
A final summary and confirmation of your purchase order appears, along with the phone number for Customer Service in case you need assistance.
You can use the purchase order number on this page to track the status of your order online through Order Tracking 24 hours after it has been placed.
ORDER TRACKING
Your order becomes available for online status-tracking 24 hours after it has been placed. If you do not have the purchase order number, please call 1-800-631-2233 for assistance Monday through Friday,from 9:00 a.m – 5: 30 p.m. (ET).

To check the status of your order, please enter your PO number and billing ZIP code below, then click the "view order status" button

Please feel free to email us with specific questions about your order. You can also determine the shipping status of an existing order by using our Order Tracking feature. Your order becomes available for online status tracking 24 hours after it has been placed.
