Payment Options

Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Network. Credit card purchases must be approved prior to order processing and are billed upon product shipment

Open Accounts
Organizations may place product orders using purchase orders only after receipt and approval of their credit references by Ultimate Office. The purchase order payments are due within 30 days of order shipment.

Pre-Paid
Checks made payable to Ultimate Office will also be accepted for prepaid orders. These orders will not be processed and the items will not ship until after payment has cleared.
