I love the arm organizer. Documents that I frequently reference are protected and off of my desk. I also use it to store documents and papers that won't be used for weeks or months. Rather than "where did that go?" I always know where to find what I need. The swivel and extending arm are helpful, as well. I can access docs from any side of my desk easily.Almost forgot, I like the easy page removal too.
